We have been telehousing a number of servers with Maxnet and using them for Jetstream services since February 2001 and have found their service to be excellent. We have had a few issues with our servers which they have been able to help us out with, which was beyond what I was expecting from a telehousing provider.
Their knowledge of Linux is exceptional and they have been able to help us out with several issues we have had. Quintin and the rest of the team have been able to help us out whenever we have had problems and this is usually done immediately and the problems have been fixed in a timely manner.
I do not know what the services of other housing providers are like in New Zealand, as I only have knowledge of Colossus in the US who we leased a server from for a year previously. In comparison to Colossus, Maxnet's support is superb. They are responsive and dedicated to getting problems solved. I would have no hesitation in recommending Maxnet to you and intend to do business with them for years to come.

Technical Support team was awesome.
They were onto the problem ASAP and quick to call me and notify me of the issue. (I had actually seen the problem ocurring too - before I could call them they called me). I believe Alistar pulled the network connection within 2mins of the problem occuring. In my opinion, the guy is worth his weight in gold.
Bruce (whom I dealt with in the server room) was also excellent, helping with suggestions etc whilst I was trying to sort the problem out.
Not only were they quick off the mark but they were also understanding (and sympathetic) with reagdrs to what had happened...
We had been given a third-party software package that contained an older version of the Microsoft Desktop Engine for SQL. It did not have the latest patches included for the SQLSlammer worm, hence we got hit and away it went.
I was aware of the slammer worm myself but naturally assumed that the package provided to me (as new) was up to date in that respect. Certainly there was no mention made of "MSSQL Service pack 3" in the documentation - not good (I checked for it before installing).
I have since called the supplier of that package and asked them as to why they had not allowed for the slammer worm in a package that is still being released as a new product. I strongly suggested that they consider adding information on it for future sales.
Anyway, back to your guys. I have nothing but praise for them. Score: A+

I have to say that I have had excellent help from your team although I have only spoken to Geoff and Te Aroha. Do these people not have a home to go to - they always seem to be on deck. So, so far, so good - thank you very much Maxnet. Although I have to say that as I only have my previous provider to compare you to - they shall remain nameless - I guess both these men would only have to be an 1/8 as good to appear 100% better. A back-handed compliment I guess but this previous service provider is probably your greatest asset. Now I have got that out of my system..................
